I had pretty much lost hope that I would ever be in good health again. I had been diagnosed with a rare vascular condition and I had a myriad of other symptoms that for years no other doctor could explain. After my first appointment, I knew that I had found my medical team; they quickly had me in to the office for tests and Dr. Lalezarian performed a procedure that literally changed the trajectory of my life. He and his staff are proactive, compassionate, and they trust that patients understand their body and I have always felt heard and understood. I am so lucky to have found their practice and I could not recommend them more.

Today, I went to Dr. Lalezarian to remove a dialysis catheter from my chest. I got to the office 45 minutes early. Filled out the paperwork electronically. They were ready to take me early. I proceeded to the room, and Yvette the assistant was very nice nice. The doctor came to explain the procedure. He asked me if students can watch, which I said yes. He numbed me up with lidocaine, then proceeded to remove the catheter. It took less than 10 minutes. I rested for 10 minutes and walked to my car with no problems. I highly recommend Dr. Lalezarian, his assistant Yvette, and the front office as they were so very nice. If I could, I would give you all 100+ stars. Thank you so very much.

I was referred to ProVascularMD after an ultrasound showed serious issues in my leg. I was at the point where I could only walk a few feet. Dr. Lalazarian’s staff was friendly and professional. “Miraculous treatment.”
We met Dr. Lalezarian in November 2024 for a consultation and he discussed the potential benefits and risks of prostate artery embolization (PAE). The urologists he saw recommended prostatectomy or aquablation, but these can lead to nerve damage, incontinence, or heavy bleeding. Both urologists and even our primary care physician didn’t know about PAE for BPH. It was not offered. Dr. Lalezarian’s office manager Kimberly helped guide us through the insurance hurdles, as we had to switch health insurances to get the procedure covered. Dr. Lalezarian is in favor of a multi-modal approach to tackle BPH from different angles. He worked with our urologist in recommending the use of hormones and nutrition as an additional means of healing the prostate. My father had the procedure done in January 2025. Dr. Lalezarian employs a well trained, highly competent, happy and friendly team. The surgery went great. One day after the surgery, my father had his Foley catheter removed, and for the first time in 4 months, he could urinate on his own. There was no nerve damage and no side effects. Within 2 weeks, he had full control of his urine flow, his stream was strong and he had no voiding issues. Kimberly called us the day after surgery and Dr Lalezarian had a follow up with us after 1 week. By April 2025, my father’s PSA had gone from 31.7 to 6.4 and his prostate size had decreased 28% to 163ml. Miraculous treatment.

Dr. Lalezarian can perform miracles, in my opinion. I only wish I had been referred to him a few years ago and this why. I battled a venous skin ulcer on my left ankle area for 2 1/2 years, going to specialty doctors from Barstow to Loma Linda and back. I was subjected to unnecessary surgical procedures, blood tests, ultra sounds, etc. in the hope that someone would find the root cause of my ulcer and the severe PAIN that I was going through…My ulcer did finally heal with the treatment that I received from St. Mary’s Wound Care Center and another amazing doctor, Dr. Dadvan, a plastic surgeon who comes there one day a week to treat severe wounds. He is who referred me to Dr. Lalezarian less than two months ago because my ulcer returned 9 months after the first one healed and I had to return to wound care for treatment again. On my very first visit an ultrasound was performed and Dr. Lalezarian found a vein that runs directly under my wound and he explained that “because of that vein my blood is not flowing back up from the bottom of my left leg and it is just pooling there, therefore, causing the ulcer and this is why it happened and reoccurred”. He also stated that “he couldn’t believe everybody else missed this, because it is right there under the wound”. He then went on to explain a procedure that he wanted to perform, which would seal that non-working vein and allow the blood to reroute and flow up the way it is supposed to.
The next week he performed the procedure on the front portion of my left leg and then the next week the back. I returned two weeks later to the best news I could ever hear. “The vein had sealed”. That’s why I can say “this doctor can perform miracles”. My wound has decreased in size since the second week after the procedure. The first week it grew a bit, but since week two it has shrunk quit a bit and is continuing to heal thanks to a procedure he performed using Varithena foam. I would recommend this procedure and this miracle worker to everybody and anybody in need and I have with my fellow patients at Wound Care.

Doctor Michael Lalezarian performed surgery on me, and I would like to say that he is truly dedicated, and an extraordinary physician who’s really concerned with his patients! I remember clearly when I was in the recovery room, how many times he came in and asked if I were feeling any pain. He came in repeatedly to check on me wanting to make sure I was not in discomfort. I was actually amazed and felt so cared for, which made me feel really good! Dr. Lalezarian was so meticulous with the procedure and medication, I felt fine afterwards! Before the surgery, he listened attentively to everything I said I was feeling and he answered every one of my questions kindly and precisely, until I understood. I could tell he cared and I felt safe with him. After surgery and recovery when I was leaving, I thanked him for everything, and he said that to see the patients happy and healthy at the end, is what makes him most excited about what he does. I so appreciate how Dr. Lalezarian cares for his patients, it shows what a great person, as well as a physician he is!

After years of suffering great pain and discomfort due to vein issues in my lower legs, I was referred to Dr. Lalezarian for vein treatment. From the very first procedure, my nightly pain was gone, along with the daily discomforts associated with deep vein issues. The procedure was quick and surprisingly painless, and I walked out of the office feeling the immediate results. Dr. Lalezarian took time to explain everything fully, thus relieving the stress and anxiety about this newer procedure. His entire staff was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable.
